WILTSHIRE starlet Lisa Turner finally got her hands on the top prize at the Under 18 South West Badminton Championships in Poole.
The highly competitive event saw singles specialist Turner, from Wootton Bassett Badminton Club, take home the trophy after finishing runner-up in last year's event.
The final was a close fought affair, as Turner came from behind to beat Dorset's Leanne Debenham 21-19 in a thrilling contest.
