FOLLOWING the launch of their new “Learn About Swindon Town” website, TrustSTFC have also announced a new ticket offer, exclusively for Swindon Primary School families.

The supporters’ group have negotiated with the club and formed a new ticket promotion entitled “The Next Three – Kids Go Free”.

This comes off the back of the hugely successful scheme that was run for the Fleetwood Town home game back in November.

More than 30 schools signed up to become ‘Trust School Partners’ and the demand for tickets was so high that they were able to fill the Stratton Bank with 3,500 fans.

The offer will be promoted within participating Swindon Primary Schools, and will allow families to book tickets through their school for the next three Saturday home fixtures: Barnsley (February 7), Crawley (February 21) and Notts County (March 7).

Under the terms of the offer, each family can have three children attending for free, a saving of up to £36 on today’s rates.

Parents and over-65 grandparents will also benefit, with their tickets being reduced to £19 and £16 each respectively.

Simon Cowley, leader of the “Trust In Schools” working party said: “We’re incredibly thankful to the club for supporting our promotional ideas.

“It’s often hard for families to find something that they can all do together at the weekend, and under the terms of our offer a family of five can have a fantastic afternoon out for under £40”

Adam Wainwright, who works in Sales and Marketing for Swindon Town, also gave his backing to the promotion.

“As a club we’re always looking for ways to attract new fans, and the “Trust In Schools” campaign is a great vehicle for that,” he said.

We hope that the primary school families will give it their full backing as there’s no better time to get involved - we’ve got a great chance of promotion this season and the football being played is of the highest quality in the division.”

The Trust are sending out communications for the Barnsley fixture this week, and will be collecting payments from parents which will be passed onto the club as a single schools order. Tickets will then be collected by families from the Swindon Town ticket office.
