SWINDON Town has issued a statement after some tickets for the club's play-off final failed to arrive.

A statement issued this afternoon on the web site said: "Swindon Town Football Club understands supporters' frustrations that a number of tickets for Sunday's League 1 Play-Off Final have not yet arrived but would like to stress that the issues behind this are beyond the club's control.

"The club would like to reassure supporters that any tickets that have not yet been delivered can be re-printed then collected from Wembley Stadium on Sunday.

"If this affects you, please email store@swindontownfc.co.uk with your transaction reference or client number and they will respond confirming that your tickets have been re-printed.

"These re-prints will be available for collection from the East Stand ticket office at Wembley Stadium from 1.30pm on Sunday.

"Please note - once new tickets have been printed, they automatically displace the original tickets so please do not try and use the original tickets if they arrive before Sunday.

"If you would like a refund on the postage fee, please contact the STFC Store next week. The Store will then have a record of those tickets that did not arrive on time.

"The small and dedicated team of staff who work at Swindon Town will respond to supporters’ queries as quickly as possible and the club would like to urge supporters to be patient while these queries are dealt with.

"Thank you for your continued patience and support."
