SWINDON Town will face Exeter City in the first round of the Capital One Cup at the County Ground in August.
Mark Cooper's side will entertain Paul Tisdale's Grecians in the week commencing August 10.
Town last played the Grecians in the second round of the 2011 Johnstone's Paint Trophy, when Jake Jervis scored twice in a 2-1 win for Swindon.
The Robins have only failed to progress to the second round of the League Cup once in the last six seasons, that defeat coming at home to Leyton Orient in 2010.
Last season Town saw off Luton Town at Kenilworth Road as Michael Smith bagged a brace.
The fixture will reunite Town with Ryan Harley, who left in January last season after finding himself out of the first team picture.
