Liverpool to end Town's pre-season program
SWINDON Town have finally confirmed their friendly with Premier League giants Liverpool.
Brendan Rodgers will bring the Reds down to the County Ground on Sunday, August 2 for a 4pm kick-off against the side his son plays for.
The fixture comes six days before Town commence their League One campaign at home against Bradford City on August 8.
The announcement means Town will face four Premier League opponents this pre-season, with West Brom and Aston Villa to follow the visit of Everton last Saturday before the Reds' arrival.
