Town confirm Stewart capture
TOWN have completed the signing of Jordan Stewart from Irish Premiership side, Glentoran for a fee believed to be £55,000.
The 20-year-old attacking midfielder has agreed a a two-year deal at the County Ground with a one-year option, but will not be able to play at Southend tomorrow as the club are still awaiting international clearance.
Stewart has spent his entire football career to date in his native Northern Ireland and recently received a call-up to the Northern Ireland Under-21 side.
