Adver Sport's Matt Edwards hands out his player ratings from Town's 2-2 draw at Rochdale this afternoon.

Will Henry 8*

A debut to cherish for the young goalkeeper. A nervy start was soon put behind him with a fine penalty stop and several other vital saves.

Brandon Ormonde-Ottewill 6

Moved to right-back, he made a good return to the team and set up the opener but let himself down with his late red card.

Raphael Branco 7

Solid at the back and his physical presence was needed against a Rochdale frontline not afraid to throw their weight around.

Nathan Thompson 7

Worked his socks off for the side and made some important blocks and challenges. A clumsy foul to concede the penalty.

Jordan Turnbull 7

A good performance at the back as he dealt with the aerial threat well although was sometimes caught out in behind for pace.

James Brophy 6

Deserved to keep his place on recent performances and had a difficult afternoon trying to shackle Mendez-Laing but dealt with the task well.

Anton Rodgers 5

A forgettable performance at the base of midfield. He deserved a goal for his first half free-kick but was denied by a fine save.

Louis Thompson 6

Worked hard in midfield and put himself about a lot and that probably cost him in the second half when he picked up a second yellow for an overzealous challenge.

Michael Doughty 7

His cross for the second goal was asking to be headed home and the loanee showed the defensive side of his game to good effect.

Nicky Ajose 6

A quiet first half but came to life more in the second and saw a good free-kick hit the post before squandering a good opportunity that came about from his hard work.

Jonathan Obika 7

Took his goal very well when the game was only just getting going and held the ball up to good effect.

Subs

Jamie Sendles-White (On for Rodgers 83’)  6

Came on when defensive numbers were needed to protect the point and didn’t do too much wrong.
