Adver Sport's Matt Davies gives his verdict on Swindon Town's  1-0 away defeat at Bury.

Lawrence Vigrouroux – 6

Not the busiest day the Swindon keeper will ever have, couldn’t do anything to prevent the penalty.

Nathan Thompson- 5

Swindon skipper got forward well at times, but was left exposed far too often when Town needed to be solid defensively.

Dion Conroy -5

The defender struggled during his first start for the club as he failed to get to grips with Tom Pope. Booked.

Raphael Rossi-Branco- 4

Unlucky to give away the penalty in the first half, but should know better given his experience.

Fanktay Dabo -6

Energetic down the right for Swindon, but often lacked end product when in dangerous areas.

James Brophy -6

Grew more and more into the game after realising he had the beating of his opposite number.

Rohan Ince -5

Solid if unspectacular in his first outing for Town, plenty for the Brighton midfielder to build on, felt the pace late on.

Ben Gladwin -6

Like his fellow midfielders Gladwin dipped in and out of the game, came close with some long range efforts. Booked.

Charlie Colkett -6

Impressive in the first half and showed glimpses of his talent, but drifted a little in the final 45 minutes.

Nicky Ajose -6

Will be allowed to feel slightly aggrieved after the Charlton loanee was starved of service at Gigg Lane.

Jermaine Hylton -5

Another one who worked hard throughout without making any real headway following his late inclusion to the squad.

SUBS

Jonathan Obika (On for Hylton 59’) – 6

One positive for the travelling fans is Obika’s return from injury with the striker clearly lacking match sharpness during his run out.
