Adver Sport’s Dan Barnes hands out his player ratings from Swindon Town’s 3-1 win at Coventry City this afternoon.

Lawrence Vigouroux

Enjoyed an afternoon where he was never really tested, barring George Thomas’ late consolation goal – 6

Bradley Barry

Took care of his defensive duties really well, covering his centre-halves and mopping up danger when required. Booked. – 7

Nathan Thompson

Although he didn’t come up against the most dangerous opposition, Thompson flung himself wholeheartedly and made all manner of last-ditch interventions – 7

Lloyd Jones

Didn’t always look assured but pulled off a fair share of vital blocks – 6

Brandon Ormonde-Ottewill

Solid at left-back and capped his day with an assist in the second half – 7

Rohan Ince

Never ventured far from the centre circle but was cool, calm and collected at the base of Town’s midfield – 7

Charlie Colkett

Was given all the time in the world by his opponents to pick out forward passes. Good delivery for Obika’s first-half header. Booked. – 7

Ben Gladwin

Not a natural wide player but Gladwin grew into the game and was able to offer some welcome service from the left – 7

James Brophy

Caused problems with his direct running and pace but an end product wasn’t always there – 6

Jonathan Obika

A first goal since November should do wonders for the Town striker’s confidence. Linked-up nicely – 7

Nicky Ajose

Kept on making the right runs all game and was back doing what he does best with two trademark close-range finishes –8
