Town to face Norwich City in opening round of Caraboa Cup
SWINDON Town will travel to Norwich City in the opening round of the Carabao Cup after the draw was made this afternoon.
David Flitcroft will take his side to Norfolk for the tie, which will be played the week commencing August 7.
The game offers the chance for a Swindon Town reunion with Louis Thompson, who joined the Canaries in 2014.
Last season Swindon were knocked out in the first round of the competition as they lost on penalties to championship side Queens Park Rangers.
