Swindon Advertiser:

ONE TO WATCH: Elliot Bradbrook

WHEN it comes to leading from the front, Dartford could not ask for anyone better than their captain Elliot Bradbrook.

The 32-year-old is in his ninth season with the Darts, having joined from local rivals Maidstone United back in the summer of 2009.

He has been a influential figure ever since arriving at Princes Park and is likely to bring up his 400th appearance for the club before the season is out.

Despite being a central midfielder, Bradbrook is a prolific goalscorer and has led the club’s scoring charts in each of the last two seasons.

Bradbrook has already hit the back of the net a dozen times in all competitions in 2017-18 - including three goals in three games in the FA Cup.

KEY BATTLE - MATT PRESTON v ALFIE PAVEY

ALONGSIDE Elliot Bradford, Dartford’s chief goal threat comes from striker Alfie Pavey.

The 22-year-old began his career at Millwall and joined the Darts this summer after a previous loan spell and has hit the ground running at Princes Park, with 12 goals in 15 games this season.

Swindon Town have kept things tight at the back in recent weeks, with the addition of Matt Preston a big factor in that, and he will be keen to keep Pavey quiet this weekend.
