Swindon Advertiser:

One to watch: Kristian Dennis

STRIKER Kristian Dennis well again look to be a nuisance for Town’s injury hit defence as he looks to continue an impressive season in League Two.

The former Stockport man has notched a total of 16 goals so far this term in 36 appearances, including a goal against David Flitcroft’s troops earlier this season, when both teams had to settle for a point at the Energy Check County Ground.

The 27-year-old’s goal tally almost equates to 50 per cent of Chesterfield’s goals this season as the strugglers have notched a total of 33 times, 14 of which have come from the former non-league man.

With defender Matt Preston ruled out and Olly Lancashire returning from injury,  Jack Lester’s star man could prove to be a handful.

Key Battle: Timi Elsnik v Louis Reed

YOUNGSTER Louis Reed could prove to be a problem for Swindon Town midfielder Timi Elsnik as the duo come head-to-head this weekend.

The 20-year-old, who is on loan from Championship side Sheffield United, has enjoyed a fruitful stay at the Proact Stadium so far, with three goals and four assists in the middle of the park.

Reed is also the youngest ever player to feature for Sheffleid United in the Football League, after he made his debut as a 16-year-old in 2014.

However, Elsnik will also be a cause for concern for the hosts as he too has had a productive loan spell, scoring five and assisting one.
