Adver Sport assess the performances of the Swindon Town players in their 2-2 draw at home to Yeovil Town.

Stuart Moore - 6

Not too much he could do about the first goal. Wouldn’t have wanted to concede twice.

Ben Purkiss - 5.5

Solid first half, but sat deep in the second allowing Yeovil to close down areas of the pitch outside Town’s box. Will be disappointed to concede late on.

Chris Hussey - 5.5

Some stray passing but was vocal on the pitch and guided Scott Twine through his first start. A leader on the pitch, though his game wasn’t on top form tonight.

Olly Lancashire - 5.5

Some stray passes early on before being subbed in the second half with a tight calf.

James Dunne - 6.5

Played well on the ball in midfield and made some key passes in the first half. Often cut out any potential Yeovil threat.

Marc Richards - 5.5

Not too much threat up front and pulled a pass back when in a clear one-on-one in the first half. Not his best performance.

Kaiyne Woolery - 6.5

Responded to calls from Phil Brown to make some charging runs through the opposition defence. Did that well tonight. Maybe needs another game or two to improve on it. Subbed.

Kyle Knoyle - 6

Hit a couple of searching long balls. Showed creativity. Generally solid at right back. Did his job well.

Scott Twine - 7.5

Impressive beginning to life in the starting team for Town. Battled hard for every ball. Probably should’ve scored, but experience will help. Subbed to a standing ovation.

Ollie Banks - 5.5

Won a couple of key balls in midfield but contributed to both goals being conceded.

Matt Taylor - 8

Leading role from the right-winger. Proved versatile on the opposite side, and struck twice. Man of the match.

Substitutes:

Ryan McGivern - 5

(For Lancashire, 63)

Can be partly blamed for Yeovil's equaliser. Deep back four in the late parts of the game also partly to blame for the draw.

Paul Mullin - 5.5

(For Woolery, 79)

Executed a few runs in the time he had on the pitch.

Timi Elsnik - 6.5

(For Twine, 87)

Came on with minutes to go but injected pace into Town's attacking options and wasn't afraid to shoot.

Subs not used: Will Henry, Amine Linganzi, Donal McDermott, Keshi Anderson.
