THIS Saturday Luke Williams’ charges take on Port Vale at the County Ground.
They will be hoping claim all the points at home again, just as they did on the opening day of the season.
It’s early days yet and the squad are still settling in. The injuries do not help the cause either, but it’s been a mixed bag.
A good rally against QPR to earn a draw (shame about the penalty shootout), a spirited draw at Priestfield, which so easily could have been a win, and that display against Coventry.
Some will say that we are still relegation fodder this season, but others will be a little more optimistic. As for the results of the Predictions League so far, I hope to get them posted very soon.
When I get home after work I have every intention to get them written up, but then the Olympics seem to get in the way. Sorry.
The questions are the same as always. It’s never too late for new players that want to take part, just post on this thread.
