SWINDON Town are on the road again, this time the trip is to St James Park where they take on Exeter City in the final group game of the English Football Trophy.
Having avoided the embarrassment of exiting the FA Cup at the first round stage again at Eastleigh, well so far, the situation is a little clearer in this competition.
A win or draw and Town will be through to the next stage. A defeat for Town and Oxford will also see us through in second place in the group.
Let’s not rely on other results, let’s top the group by controlling the game and getting the win.
Don’t know what the travelling contingent will be, but I expect the total attendance will be in line with other games in this competition at around 2,000.
