I wonder how long these interim appointments are for? Until the end of the season - or on a week-by-week basis? If it's until the end of the season, that effectively rules out any return for Paolo and his backroom team. But I can't see any way that can happen anyway given what's happened.
Ward, Miller, Digby and Peacock are the men now; even if they do sound like a rather dodgy solicitors firm
Good luck to the new team.

So what he spent a bit of money he was given it and so what he made mistakes with some players all managers do the same but he is more honest than most and you need to be careful what you wish for as we don't know who we could get yet and I haven't been impressed with some of the names mentioned yet.
I would however like to see Adkins perhaps help us to the end of the season and we then take the summer to appoint someone then unless if Adkins did come in he fancied it himself but I don't think that will happen.

Plus him and spencer ref contracts in 2011,then trying it on with the new owners have nothing more to say on that one
Except good luck to the 2 players who are standing in,plus the new owners and new manager whoever it will be

A much better bet than PDC coming back, a best priced 7/2 with Skybet.
The prices should perhaps be the other way around!!

I don't normally post on here, but please, will you give it a rest about PDC. I have to honest, your constant sniping and whinging about how much money PDC "wasted" really is getting on my nerves.
We sit here, at the top of the table with 14 games to go, after winning League 2 only last season, with probably one of the finest squads we have had for many a year and a real shot at promotion this year .... Money wasted I think it not, it is horses for courses.
If you feel that we have wasted money, then remember everything had to be sanctioned by the Chairman JW. PDC asked for what any manager who do, funds to build a team. If the chairman wasn't strong enough or indeed didn't want to say no, it is hardly PDCs fault. So, if you want to have a pop, have a pop at him.
I find your attitude somewhat confusing, a few months ago, you were praising him, then as soon as the take over surfaced, and it was revealed that PDC could go, all of a sudden it is all his fault.
Do I condone his behavior, no. But I tell you what, I wish we had his fire and the spirit that he has brought to the club years ago. We are were we are BECAUSE of him.
I will be eternally grateful to AB and his consortium for saving the club, but to say that as the majority shareholder he didn't really know what was going on, is inexcusable, it's called leadership, something that PDC has in abundance.
The one thing that we agree on, is that no one is bigger than the club, but right now, some fans are hurting. Let's leave the sniping until the end of the season for the post mortem, pull together and get behind Ward, Miller and the team and get this promotion smashed.

Paolo was entertaining in more ways than one like some wives I know, but sometimes you need one that is more stable and efficient . One that is good at housekeeping and working with the family budget.
Paolo was the most efficient and his preparation was second to none, however when I come home after a hard day I want my dinner on the table and I don't want to find there is an embargo on sausages.

Not saying anything wrong with that as I am a heart on sleeve type and if I liked Paolo in the first place i may have been sucked in too. I still go on about Hoddle and kneel and bow when I see him on Sky so it's easily done. I really wanted to love Paolo, but I always felt that he looked down his nose at us for being a small club, when he played at the top level and I would and I'm being honest, rather die than let anyone belittle me and take my dignity like that. So Paolo, as far as I'm concerned can sling his infantile, patronizing hook.
