• "Better than what we have currently got and I think he will be a good guy to have on the sidelines. It will be interesting to see how long his contract is. If it's a contract till the end of the season to see how he gets on then I'm happy with this appointment. I don't think that this point of the season is the time for risky appointments that have been thrown around. Lets just get the players focused on winning games again and hopefully be in the right position at the end of the season."
