Benson and Williams start against Supermarine
PAUL Benson and Andy Williams have been paired up front for Swindon Town’s pre-season friendly at Swindon Supermarine tonight. (kick-off 7pm)
Matt Ritchie and Gary Roberts will occupy the wide areas, with Tommy Miller and Alan Navarro in the centre of midfield.
Captain Paul Caddis and Jay McEveley will start at full-back, with Alan McCormack and Troy Archibald-Henville at the heart of the defence in front of Wes Foderingham.
Manager Paolo Di Canio has named 11 substitutes, as he bids to figure out his preferred side ahead of the Capital One Cup clash with Brighton on August 12.
Town side to face Supermarine: Foderingham, Caddis, Arch-Hen, McCormack, McEveley, Ritchie, Miller, Navarro, Roberts, Williams, Benson
Subs: Thompson N, Smith, Flint, Devera, Risser, Rooney, Thompson L, Collins, Storey, De Vita, Bedwell

Have to admit I did wonder at first as he would always be in the top 22 names if not 17 or 11 especially as PDC has clearly stated that he won't take any chances.
..
but as I've not heard that his wife has given birth I'd have to assume that he is hitch-hiking his way up the M5 and M6 to get to the border....thereafter pony & trap :-)
