TEAM NEWS: Ritchie missing as Town make one change

LUKE Rooney comes in for the injured Matt Ritchie as Town boss Paolo Di Canio makes one change to his side for this afternoon’s clash with Preston North End.

Ritchie is thought to have picked up a hamstring problem this week, meaning Rooney will line up in midfield alongside Tommy Miller, Alan Navarro and the in-form Raffa De Vita.

Andy Williams and James Collins continue up front after an impressive start to the season, while the back four of Joe Devera, Aden Flint, captain Alan McCormack and Jay McEveley remains the same following Tuesday night’s win at Stoke.

Four of Di Canio's new signings make the bench, while striker Paul Benson returns to the squad after ecovering from injury.

Swindon Town: Foderingham; Devera, McCormack, Flint, McEveley; L Rooney, Navarro, Miller, De Vita; Williams, Collins.

Subs: Bedwell, Bessone, Ferry, Bostock, Benson, Ward, A Rooney.
