THIS website is dedicated to Billie Piper, Swindon's famous teenage pop star who has found success as an actress.
The site is updated regularly with the latest developments in Billie's career and takes you all the way back to her earliest beginnings when she was just another pupil at Bradon Forest School in Purton.
Billie's life and career have taken a number of twists and turns since she first appeared in the Evening Advertiser at the age of 12. Since then she has topped the charts, flopped the charts, had a celebrity stalker and married media tycoon Chris Evans in Las Vegas.
After her marriage to Evans her singing career took a nose-dive and she was dropped by her PR company, her agent Nicki Chapman and her record label Innocent, part of Virgin Records.
The past year has seen more highs and lows in Billie's life including the sad demise of Chris and Billie's marriage, though they are said to remain committed friends and she accompanied Chris to this year's Brit Awards.
However, she has now found success as an actress and has starred in both television drama and on the big screen. Her roles include Angel in The Calcium Kid, starring opposite Hollywood heartthrob Orlando Bloom and more recently as Rose in the much-anticipated remake of Dr Who.
