I do not understand the western powers still using conventional weapons against the evil of ISIS. This particular belief of their own God-like power can only be destroyed by the ultimate one of nuclear power.
Why stockpile these weapons if you never use them? In the Second World War when the Japanese were convinced they were invincible and unstoppable, one atomic bomb finally convinced them that the Emperor was not God, but a human being. A tragic loss of life I agree but it finally put an end to the continual war. What is the worse of two evils? One mighty terrific blow at the heart of the enemy on this particularly murderous group, carrying on for who knows how many years. I know what I would prefer of the two. Then once and for all the east can sort its own problems out in any future inter religious conflicts.
