If I remember from school geography lessons, the weather may lend a hand to lessen the current disastrous spread of the Ebola virus in West Africa.

The countries of West Africa have just gone through the wet (rainy) season. Starting is, what I believe, the dry season. Hopefully, hot dry weather will rapidly desiccate spills of Ebola containing fluids and much reduce the currently frightening rate of spread of this horrible virus.
