In response to Andrew Day’s letter ‘Unbalanced over UKIP’, I couldn’t agree with him more.

With one MP, over 160 councillors in England and Wales and a number of MEPs, what has the Green Party got to do to be included in the televised debates in the run up to next year’s election?

The only party who will stand up and oppose the wicked austerity policies of this dreadful Tory/Lib Dem government, how great it would be to see and hear the Green Party leader, Natalie Bennett, give an alternative view for the public to know about. Obviously the bosses at the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Sky News don’t think so (shame on them).

Finally, I hope Mr Day was in attendance, as I was, to hear the excellent Natalie Bennett talking at the Pilgrim Centre on Tuesday last week.
