LAST Monday night my wife and I had occasion to contact the GWR paramedics as I was suffering from severe pain in my kidneys. These fine folk arrived at about 4am with a full team of one lady and two men and came in straight away and started a full assessment to find out what the trouble was.
They did everything and were so professional and efficient. They were polite and very friendly which put both my wife and me at ease.
They diagnosed the problem and supplied me with a full report which my doctor found extremely useful.
I can’t sing their praises highly enough, being so wonderfully efficient in the middle of the night.
You know who you are and this is just my way of saying a very big thank you to all of you.
