I CANNOT express how glad my family and I are of the excellent praise and gaining a "Good" by the Care Quality Commission given to the team at Fessey House.
Oh, how those words ring true.
When my mother entered Fessey House suffering from dementia and other problems, we as a family were very concerned about how mum would react to being in the home and how the staff would be with mum.
We should never have worried. In the first couple of days it was as if they had known one another all their lives, everything was fine.
Mum even put on nearly two stone in weight.
I again cannot express my thanks enough to the staff for helping me and my very large family through a tough time.
Sadly, mum passed away in January but with care and help from Fessey House we are all on the mend and still thankful.
Towards the end of mum's life she was happy. Thank you.
