THE whole world is shocked at the terrible massacres in Paris. The planning of these terrorist attacks was assisted by the policy of the free movement of people and good within the EU.
Terrorists and their automatic weapons can move freely across EU borders.
This makes such attacks much harder to prevent and it is then difficult to trace the criminals afterwards as they try to make their escape.
At least one of the terrorists is known to have slipped out of France and into Belgium to escape the French police.
The latest terrorist attacks in Paris mean it is time to rethink Europe’s system of open borders.
