The second meeting of the Swindon Public Sector Forum takes place on Wednesday 16th March 2.00pm at the Swindon Borough Council offices in Euclid Street.
The forum is part of the popular Swindon Mindful Employer Network and aims to support people working in the public sector during a period of change.
The meeting will be chaired by Nicola Houwayek, Head of Human Resources, Business Transformation at Swindon Borough Council and featuring contributions from Georgina Collins who leads on Organisational Development at the Council and Adrian Embling from Richmond Fellowship Work Life.
Project manager David Latham of Richmond Fellowship Wiltshire says: “This forum offers the public sector in Swindon the opportunity to network and share ideas to support their employees going through the process of transformation. The well-being of people in the sector is still important to ensure a high standard of service is constantly maintained”
