Organisers of the forthcoming Swindon Mindful Employer Network 2011 conference at the Swindon Marriott which takes place on 4th April have announced that there no more places available due to high demand.

Billed as ‘Building Healthier Businesses’ the event features Dame Carol Black, National Director for Health and Work and top organisational psychologist Professor Ivan Robertson.

Joanne Taylor-Stagg, General Manager of the Swindon Marriott says: “We are pleased by the response but not surprised by the popularity of these conferences. Business reaction to these events has been very positive and the Network has built up an excellent reputation since 2008. We are looking forward to an exciting and professional conference at the Marriott next month”.

Network project manager David Latham of Richmond Fellowship Wiltshire adds : “Basically with 4 weeks to go we have run out of places already ! It is encouraging to see that there is a growing appreciation of workplace mental health and well-being issues while not forgetting this conference is an excellent networking opportunity. Judging by our guest list we have attracted representatives from a wide variety of companies in all sectors making this a premiere conference gathering in the Swindon business calendar.”

Other speakers taking part are Giles Miskin of The Colour Works, Swindon Advertiser editor Dave King and Gavin Jones Chief Executive of the Swindon Borough Council.

The conference has been generously supported by the Swindon Marriott and Heart FM.
