The latest film produced by James Harrison of Morris Lane Creative Media (MLCM) for the Swindon Mindful Employer Network is to be shown in April at the Swindon Marriott. MLCM’s team filmed the network’s 2010 conference and produced a 6 minute short presentation which will now be available for the group’s 2011 conference at the Swindon Marriott on 4th April.

The film’s producer, James Harrison, said: “Swindon Mindful Employer events are very popular indeed and reflect the interest by employers, managers and professionals in the whole area of well-being and workplace cultures. It is clear that many people see mental health as a make or break influence on their businesses. We hope the film acts as a positive contribution to getting the message across that businesses can be transformed by adopting such positive attitudes at work.”

The 2011 Conference features top speakers including Dame Carol Black – the National Director for Health and Work, Giles Miskin of The Colour Works, Jonathan Naess of Stand to Reason and Professor Ivan Robertson of Leeds University talking on “Resilience, mental toughness and well-being at work”.
