SUNS shine again at AGM

I went to another superb SUNS AGM at the Pilgrim Centre on Friday. The energy and enthusiasm on display by the Service Users Network Swindon was a delight. They even treated us to some better than X-factor musical pieces and some wonderful stories of people overcoming severe mental ill health and depression. Uplifting and exciting !
Particularly interesting to hear about their Listening Line initiative which is going from strength to strength and I hope will receive many years of support from the community and politicians.
SUNS is a Swindon gem. Tackling the stigma of mental ill health and making sure service users get a clear and consistent voice. Long may that continue....
