I am truly sorry as it has been awhile since my last blog. It has been total chaos for me. My son started a new school, the dog has decided she wants to go into the career path of being a thief, I am redecorating my house (painting) and psyching myself up for NaNoWriMo (National November Writing Month).

My son has finally settled in and is no longer homesick or wants to stay on the phone with me for longer than five seconds. He has made new friends and enjoying his classes and his new found freedom. He has special needs so; this new change was not an easy task for him or me.

My Husky Holly has found new creative ways of stealing your food. She creates diversions to steer you away and quickly grabs it! We will be in big trouble whenever she has pups as I fear they will turn out to be “Canine Delinquents’” Holly has her sweet moments as well, she likes to cuddle with you by putting her head against yours at night.

The house redecorating is coming along slowly and the paint stinks to all of “high heaven”. Three walls down and 12 to go...

As for NaNoWriMo, last year was the first time that I participated in this conquest of writing a novel of 50,000 words in 30 days. The website is located at www.nanowrimo.org if anyone is interested in giving it a try. I will be tackling this atrocious task along with fellow writers from www.shewrites.com and others from across the world that are willing to give up a chunk of their lives to commit to finally sitting down a putting words to paper for that novel that is inside of them desperately seeking a way out.

So, you may hear me griping, yelling, swearing, screaming, crying, hitting, disowning, and downright just going insane! There may be a few pictures of me in my little white coat that lets me hug myself, or getting kicked out of cafe’s or Asda for throwing M & M’s or Skittles(better than rocks or shoes, I suppose).

So, I will apologize ahead of time for my psychotic and disrespectful behaviour.

You are probably asking yourself why put myself through this? Well, it is time to do what I have a degree in Writing for. I am ready to tell the story that I have deep inside that is dying to get out.
