It’s been a busy half term week here and we have had lots of fun together. We have been to Butterfly World, had an eventful bbq, paid a visit to the big library in town, ventured out for lunch, been on a girlie shopping trip and to the Street Warden activities. Thank goodness the weather has been reasonably good and they have also been able to go out to play. Half term week is now drawing to an end and I am feeling much like every other parent in the country – exhausted and penniless!
Today I received an email from a website that I sometimes visit when I am stressed and there is no break to be had. It’s called My Inner World. It’s a spiritual site with meditation tips and lots of interesting articles. My favourite part of the site is the wishing well, which I often use. Whether it is of any use or not is irrelevant to me, it’s the comfort factor of the site that I like.
The email which I received today was all about my inner mule! What I want to know is how widespread is this Inner Mule problem? Is Inner Mule disease crippling us all? Should the mule be more feared than the swine?
Here is a snippet of the article:
Have you ever felt as if you can't take one more step, when every idea or opportunity looks hard, draining and hopeless? There are times in one's life when everything seems insurmountable. When getting up from the couch can feel as if we are pulling a piano up the side of a building. What is it that weighs us down and what makes us feel as though we can't move?
If you want to read more or have a look at the site you can find it at www.myinnerworld.com
