Town centre management company inSwindon is the latest high profile organisation to give its full backing to the Swindon Mindful Employer Network which promotes positive attitudes to well-being in the workplace.
Richmond Fellowship Wiltshire’s David Latham who manages the network in Swindon is delighted by the news: “inSwindon represents the interests of town centre retailers and is busy developing and promoting the area for businesses and shoppers which is a vitally important task. We are aware of the excellent work of inSwindon and its membership and we are extremely pleased by the backing it is offering the network. We are particularly delighted to offer support on well-being and mental health issues at work to the membership of inSwindon and look forward to working with them over the coming years.”
Simon Jackson, the Chief Executive Officer of inSwindon who is based at Brunel Tower at the heart of the town replies : “ inSwindon is extremely pleased to support the Swindon Mindful Employer Network and we acknowledge the value of positive attitudes to staff well-being. We are aware that fostering such practices not only has a tremendous benefit for employees but also creates more successful businesses. We recognize that our people are the key to our continued success and we look forward to working alongside the network.”
In recent years the network has built a strong reputation for its regular meetings and conferences attracting top speakers in the fields of business culture, mental health and well-being, emotional intelligence and leadership. Recent support from other local agencies and organisations include Forward Swindon, Federation of Small Businesses and the Institute of Customer Service.
