Well done runners
May I, through your letters page, congratulate the Swindon runners in the London Marathon last weekend.
Our daughter, Dawn Manser, was one of those who took part and we are extremely proud of her achievement of completing the 26 miles and 385 yards.
It was hard going on such a warm day and we saw plenty of runners struggling to make the distance but the money raised will support some excellent causes, so well done to you all.
