THE Member of Parliament for South Swindon Mrs Anne Snelgrove is a very brave lady to accept the post of PPS to the Prime Minister. We in Swindon now have a direct line to his ear, although I am afraid that this will do little good as Gordon Brown has proved time and time again that he does not listen to public opinion.
I hope that the residents of South Swindon will stand to attention and salute when Mrs Snelgrove is standing by the side of her captain on the bridge of the not so good ship New Labour as it flounders and sinks without trace below the waves brought about by a very disgruntled electorate.
