NEW Labour's economic plan for Britain was flawed from the very start. The main tenet of New Labour's plan was massive spending on public services, believing that this would cure all Britain's problems.
British manufacturing was neglected and allowed to wither away.
There was no encouragement for British investment in British industry.
This year's projected budget deficit of £178 billion shows that New Labour's economic plan was flawed from the very start.
