NOT only is it in beautiful parts of our countryside do dog owners need to pick up and take home their dog’s mess.
I live in David Stoddard Gardens - backing on to the walkway which dog owners use to a field. People just let their dog’s mess never thinking of the smell or flies which come into our flats in the warmer weather when we like to have doors and windows open.
