MACE Hilda Jane 'Nan' Passed away peacefully at home on 5th May 2018, aged 98 years. Reunited with her Husband Henry Ernest (deceased). Much loved Mum of Elsie, Valerie, David (deceased) and Christine. Loving Nan, Great Nan and Great Great Nan. Nan will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to be held at Kingsdown Crematorium on Thursday 24th May at 10.30am.
