BRZOZOWSKI Teresa passed away peacefully at the Prospect Hospice with her family by her side, on 26th October 2018, aged 79. She was a loving and devoted wife, sister, mother, mother-in-law, babcia, friend and neighbour. Teresa will be received in to Holy Rood Catholic Church, 2 Groundwell Road, Swindon, SN1 2UL on Wednesday, 14 November at 4:00pm. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, 15 November, 10:30am, followed by the committal, at Kingsdown Crematorium, 12:00pm.
