LEEKS Kevin Graham Passed away peacefully at the Great Western Hospital on 4th December 2018, aged 60 years. Much loved husband of Lynn, dearly loved father of Rhonda, Carl, Callum and Lucy, and grandfather to Mia and Tommy. Funeral to be held at North Wiltshire Crematorium on Friday 21st December at 1.00pm.
