BROWN Valentine Frank (Frank) Peacefully passed away on 16th April 2019, aged 80. A loving husband to Vicky and father to Nigel & Paul. A dear stepdad to Vanda & Becky and a devoted Grandad to Ruby. Funeral service to be held at 2.30pm, on Monday 20th May, at St. Bartholomew's Church, Royal Wootton Bassett, followed by interment. A celebration of Frank's life will then take place at the Royal Wootton Bassett Conservative Club. Flowers welcome, donations to The Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) c/o Johnson & Daltrey, 112 High Street, Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire SN4 7AU
