TEMBY Pat Passed away peacefully at home on 8th January 2021, aged 78 years. Much loved Wife of Ian, special Mum to Jackie, Elaine and Jo, adored Nan to Chris, Pete, Jack, Lauren and Kirsty, Sister to Richard and Jan. Forever in our hearts. A private family funeral to be held.
