I will be lost without you by my side. Thank you for the 42 years of happily married life, you were my rock and my best friend. Right up until the very end, your only thoughts were for the family and everyone that you cared for.
You were so very brave. We had some great holidays abroad and in the UK, happy memories. We were together even when you returned to work at SBC in the Highway Section. I never got away with much from that time forward. Jayne Telling always reported back to you what I was up to!! Love you always John xxx

We were never ready to say goodbye forever even though we know it is a part of life. This day our hearts are heavy for losing someone so special, but as we mourn your death, we also celebrate your life. Rest in peace my dear friend Maureen and thank you for all the joy throughout our years of friendship. Always in my prayers, Zahida
