(REGULATION 19) SWINDON BOROUGH LOCAL PLAN PROPOSED SUBMISSION VERSION Swindon Borough Council is undertaking a review of the Swindon Borough Local Plan for the period to 2036 and relating to the whole administrative area of Swindon Borough.
