ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15(3) OF APPLICATION
FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
PLANNING APPLICATION NO: S/OUT/19/0582 Proposed development at: Lotmead Site, Eastern Villages, Swindon, SN4 0SN. I give notice that Ainscough Strategic Land Ltd is applying to Swindon Borough Council for Outline Planning Permission for the demolition and/or conversion of existing buildings on site and redevelopment to provide up to 2,500 dwellings (Use Class C3); up to 1,780 sqm of community/retail uses (Use Class D1/D2/A1/A3/A4); up to 2,500 sqm of business/ employment use (Use Class B1); sports hub inc. playing pitches; 2 no. 2 Form Entry primary schools, green infrastructure inc. open space, strategic landscaping, SUDs and nature conservation areas; associated road and drainage infrastructure, indicative primary access road corridors to the A420 and Southern Connector Road and improvements to Wanborough Road (means of access off Wanborough Road not reserved) and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. Copies may be made available and details of charges are available on request.
