AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 PUBLIC FOOTPATH 15, PARISH OF SOUTH MARSTON

ORDER 2020

The above order was made on 4 March 2020 under Section 257 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990. The effect of the order will be to divert the public footpath running from OS grid reference SU19418712 in a generally north easterly easterly and then east south easterly direction to OS grid reference SU19558711, and create alternative footpaths i) from OS grid reference SU19418712 in a generally north westerlyand then north easterlydirection to OS grid reference SU19478720, and, ii) from OS grid reference SU19558711 in a generallynorth westerlydirection to OS grid reference SU19538714 as shown on the order map. A copy of the order and the map may be seen free of charge at the Customer Services Reception, Wat Tyler House, Princes Street, Swindon, SN12JG, from 9am to 5pm on Mondays and Wednesdays to Fridays and 9am to 4pm on Tuesdays. Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £15. The order and order map can also be viewed on the public rights of way pages ofthe Swindon Borough Council website (

www.swindon.gov.uk/publicpathorders

). Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Rights of Way Officer, Swindon Borough Council, Highways and Transport, 5th Floor Wat Tyler House West, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN12JH, not later than 3 April 2020. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if anyso made are withdrawn, Swindon Borough Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
