SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL THE PLANNING AND COMPULSORY PURCHASE ACT 2004 AS AMENDED The Town And Country Planning (Local Planning] (England) Regulations 2012 As Amended Adoption Statement -Town Centre Movement Strategy The Swindon Borough Council Town Centre Movement Strategy was adopted by Swindon Borough Council (the Council) by decision of its Cabinet on 25th day of March 2020. The Council has now published the Town Centre Movement Strategy. Any person with sufficient interest in the decision to adopt the Strategy may make an application to the High Court for permission to apply for judicial review of the decision. Any such application must be made promptly and in any event no later than 3 months after the date of this notice. Under Section 23(1) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, the Council has modified the Strategy to take into account representations made in relation to the document and any other relevant matters. Modifications are included in the Statement of Consultation.
