I give notice that Bellway Homes and Vistry Homes Ltd have submitted subsequent applications to Swindon Borough Council in respect of residential development including 370no. dwellings, a local convenience store/community facility, primary school, open space, landscaping, access points to and from Wanborough Road and northern site boundary and eastern boundaries and associated infrastructure (S/OUT/16/0021), as follows:
1. Provision of areas of open space and principal landscaping - Reserved Matters from previous outline permission S/OUT/16/0021 (reference number S/RES/21/0584) and;
2. Construction of internal spine road - Reserved Matters from outline permission S/OUT/16/0021 (reference number S/RES/21/0607).
