I give notice that Hallam, Hannick and Taylor Wimpey have submitted subsequent applications to Swindon Borough Council I in respect of residential development including 2,380no. dwellings, | education/local convenience/community facilities, open space, landscaping, associated infrastructure and access points to and from Thornhill Road and A420 (S/OUT/13/1555), as follows:

1. Discharge of Conditions 33 (Highways England - M4 J15) and 34 (Highways England - A419 White Hart Junction) (S/COND/22/1067)

2. Discharge of Condition 36 (CMS - Haul Road)

3. Discharge of Condition 39 (Archaeology Management Plan)

4. Discharge of Conditions 40 (Flood Mitigation) and 41 (Surface Water - Full Site) (S/COND/22/0711)

5. Discharge of Condition 59 (Thames Water - Waste Water)
