Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 21 June 2018 quoting the reference number. NOTICE OF MAKING PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER S. 119 HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 AND S. 53 WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

WILTSHIRE COUNCIL

The Wiltshire Council Parish of Royal Wootton Bassett Paths No. 10 (part) and No. 111 (part) Diversion Order and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2018

The above named Order, made on 21 May 2018 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert part of footpath Wootton Bassett 10 at Woodshaw Meadows, Royal Wootton Bassett from its path from OS Grid ref SU 0791 8193 south east for approx. 200 metres to OS Grid ref SU 0808 8183 (the whole width) to a route leading south from OS Grid ref SU 0791 8193 following the hedgeline before turning north east along the footway of Evening Star for 120 metres where south to the bridge at OS Grid ref SU 0808 8183. Approximate length 341 metres width 2 metres. It will also divert part of footpath 111 from its original course from OS Grid ref SU 0780 8208 across the former field (width 2 metres approximate length 305 metres) to a route leading beside the hedgeline to its junction with path 10 where broadly west along constructed paths and a short length of footway to OS Grid ref SU 0783 8190. Approximate length 310 metres. Width 2 metres. And as shown on the order plan. The Order if confirmed will also alter the Cricklade and Wootton Bassett Rural District Council Area definitive map and statement dated 1952 accordingly. A copy of the Order may be seen free of charge at the offices of Wiltshire Council, Ascot Court, White Horse Business Park, Trowbridge, BA14 0XA (0900 to 1700 week days). Copies of the Order may be bought (£5). Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Sally Madgwick, Rights of Way Officer, Wiltshire Council, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JN quoting ref 2017/14 WBAS 10 & 111 not later than 1700 on 29th June 2018.. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Wiltshire Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: Footpath 65 (Part), Calne Without; from its junction with New Road to the sub-station (a distance of approximately 50m) to enable LV cable installation. Alternative route via Chapel Street. The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 4 June 2018 and work is expected to take until 15 June 2018. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) Granham Close, Marlborough; from its junction with A345 Granham Hill for its entire length to enable Tithegrove Ltd to undertake highway resurfacing works. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 18 June 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for two days. For further information please contact Tithegrove Ltd on 07780 668654; (b) B4042 Swindon Road (Part), Malmesbury Without and Lea & Cleverton; from its junction with A429 Burton Hill to its junction with The Street to enable Tarmac to undertake full width carriageway reconstruction and associated works. Alternative route via A429 - B4040 - B4696 B4042 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 25 June 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required nightly between the hours of 19.00 and midnight until

Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (c) Castle Combe Road, Castle Combe; from its junction with A420 to its junction with Ford Road; (d) Ford Road, Castle Combe; from its junction with Castle Combe Road to its junction with The Street;



(e) The Street, Castle Combe; from its junction with Ford Road to its junction with Market Place;



(f) Market Place, Castle Combe; from its junction with The Street to its junction with B4039;



(g) Dunns Lane, Castle Combe; from its junction with Market Place to its junction with B4039 to enable BT Openreach to undertake rolling programme of underground cabling works including clearing of potential duct blockages. Alternative route via B4039 - A420 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 4 June 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 15 June 2018. For further information please contact Shirley Lee (KN Networks Services on behalf of BT Openreach) on 07976943261; (h) Cold Harbour Lane (Part), Marlborough; from its junction with Lainey's Close for a distance of approximately 70m in a northerly direction to enable Thames Water to carry out washout exchange works. Alternative route via Cold Harbour Lane (unaffected length) - Lainey's Close - North View Place and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on



4 June 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 6 June 2018. For further information please contact Charlotte Honey (Thames Water) on 02035779225; (i) Raffin Lane, Pewsey; from its junction with A345 Swan Road for its entire length to enable Tarmac to undertake carriageway resurfacing work, including installation of road markings and associated works. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 1 June 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 09.30 and 15.30 until 8 June 2018. For further information please contact Jedd Gittins (Atkins) on 01225 730375. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible,



although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Orders will have a maximum duration
